Matthias Sprenger is an Earth Staff Scientist (Hydrology) working on the Watershed Function SFA at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Dr. Sprenger received his PhD in Hydrology at the Graduate School “Environment, Society and Global Change” of the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg, Germany in 2015. Before joining the LBNL in summer 2020, he gained postdoctoral experience at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA-CSIC), Barcelona, Spain.
