Mack is a scientific engineering associate in the Accelerator Technology and Applied Physics department at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. Their work interests include making lasers run, making lasers run better, creating niche google sheet tools for themselves, and developing a thorough understanding of safety in all of the workplace. She received a BS in Electrical and Computer engineering as well as a minor in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has previously worked giving ice cream to local youths.
