Dr. Qi Zhang earned her PhD from the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University in 2019.  Subsequently, she served as a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Physics at Princeton University in 2020. In 2023, Dr. Zhang joined Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She is currently a Materials Research Scientist at CXRO at Berkeley Lab. Her current research focuses on optimizing materials for next-generation microelectronics, including fundamental studies of EUV resists, materials manipulation within confined geometries, and nanodevice fabrication based on novel materials using EUV lithography.
