Jingjing Liu, P.E., CDCP is a Technology Researcher in the Building & Industrial Energy Systems (BIES) Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory with 20 years of professional experience on demand management. She is a lead researcher on the topic of demand flexibility including programs such as the CEC funded $16M CalFlexHub where she leads field demonstrations of automated dynamic price-response technologies for home, commercial buildings, and EV charging. In the DOE REFLEX and CEC IAW FlexHub programs, she leads several field demonstration projects of load flexibility enabling technologies for manufacturing facilities, data centers, and more. 

Her research work has focused on grid-interactive efficient building technologies, grid services, demand flexibility performance benchmarking, utility technical assistance, and workforce development. Prior to joining LBNL, she worked at consulting companies DNV and Nexant Inc. leading field technology assessments and quality assurance for large, complex energy projects for utility programs nation-wide. Jingjing is a Professional Engineer registered in California and Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP).
